Smaller music producing companies like this in my opinion are much better and are more likely to get new artists sucess. This is due to the music company not having too many artists to organise and 'look after'. If there are less up-coming celebrities they have more time and energy to put their effots into just a few new artists making music resulting in the company being able to distribute and produce the album with more care.
