Story Board Pictures For School Trailer

IDEAS FOR OUR SCHOOL TRAILER:

This is a shot for the drama section of our trailer. We will be doing an American Gangster theme for this we will have mis en scene including the outfits; hats, fur coats and pearls around the neck. In addition to this when we actually film we will do our make up dark with big eyeliner flicks.
Mis en scene of the trailer shot will be acted out on the schools main stage in the hall. To make sure we can do this we will check before hand with the caretaker that the hall will be open and the lights on.

This is the shot for the music department, we have mis en scene of the obvious piano.

This is a DT shot for our trailer. We have vivid mis en scene here due to the background filled with machines and the machine in use by Anna. Mis en scene is also created via the props Anna is wearing like the goggles and apron. Also we have her hair clipped back like you would have to during a DT lesson.

This is showing the viewer the oldershaw art department. It shows Sophie painting on an easel. This adds mis en scene and automatically tells the audience what subject this is showing.

This is the food tech subject, showing a pupil getting something from the oven.

This is our groups final image showing the sixth form mac room, for our IT/Media shot.

Research before creating school trailer

To give myself more knowledge and ideas to go towards mine and the rest of my groups school trailer clip I decided to watch some small clips of a show called 'Waterloo Road'.
I thought that this would be a good idea due to the fact that 'Waterloo Road' is about a school and the goings-on that happens within it.
I got ideas that consist of things such as the mis en scene, like the clothes that they wore. The students all wore uniforms and the teachers mainly seemed to all be wearing smart/casual office wear.
